I walked alone in the rain, watching her walk before me and disappear...

I talked to the rain and heard it say,

"Love is what you give.

But never forget to ask, whether she wants to receive.

Love hurts you,but if you hurt whom you love, that is no love."

The rain had been a part of every man's life, and it had listened to every voice.

The rain recalled the divine voice of The Poet-

"'And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart and a song of praise upon your lips.'

If you love, you will cry.Receive those tears as rewards for your love, not as wounds of hatred.

Love can be transformed, even to hatred. But then it is a choice between God and the Devil."

This post, like most others in this blog, is dedicated to a muse, who appears to me every moment in the garb of a

very special person. Her name is Ishani. She elicits the words in my poems. She is the inspiration.
